Who can row?
Almost anyone can row, all we ask is that you are at least 12 years old.
Rowing is a great way of keeping fit since it uses all your big muscle groups…pushing with your legs rather than pulling with your arms! Above all, your heart will get a good workout, however if you just want a paddle a couple of time a week, that is great. If you want to push your training regime to the max, that is also great!
